Spb Software House announces German version of Palbum software

March 13, 2001 - Spb Software House, a developer of Pocket PC software, announced today the availability of German version of Palbum - a first of its kind photo-album software. Palbum is the first Pocket PC software that allows creating and viewing photo albums with navigation.
