2. Open adding dialog ("Plus" icon)
3. You will see the city adding dialog. In the Add City dialog you can add another city to your favorite cities.
   • By Name: Type three or more first letters of the city name to get the matching city list. Just keep typing and as you type, the list of matching cities will narrow down. Finally, select the desired city by tapping its name. (You can also add a custom city and fill it's properties manually)
   • By Country: First select a country and then select a city from the drop-down list. For US cities you should also mention the state.
   • By Airport: Use this option if you know the three-letter international code of the airport in the city you want to add.
   • By GPS: If you have a GPS receiver you will be prompted with a list of cities near your current location.

You should customize a corresponding weather update rule. To do so:
