To make traveling more interesting and confident. Spb collected a number of links that should be useful for all travelers. Every city has a special page hosted at the Spb Traveler server. This page can be accessed with a Links tool from the City Details dialog. The links tool saves the first level link pages in the Spb Traveler cache and access them offline. This is very useful when you have a long flight and want to read some information about the city or country you visit.
You can access the Links tool from the city details via Menu -> Links.
By default the City Links includes links to the CIA Factbook country page and links to the corresponding city page in Wikipedia and Wikitravel.

We recommend you to change the cache folder location to the storage card (if available) to save valuable main storage space on your device.
13. Why appointments are always created in my home time zone?
Imagine you live in New York. Apparently, your home time zone is GMT-5 (Eastern Daylight time). This year you plan to spend your Christmas holidays with your friends who live in Paris, which is situated in another time zone, GMT+1.
So you book a flight:
NYC → CDG
Departure time: 24 Dec, 06.00
Arrival time: 24 Dec. 19.30
Flight duration: 7 h 30 m
All arrival and departure times are always shown in local corresponding time zones. That means that although you have 19.30 as arrival time in Paris, that corresponds to 13.30 in New York. This way, when manually entering an appointment to your Calendar, you'll have to remember the time zone difference.
So here comes the formula:
(Departure time)+(Flight Duration) = Real appointment ending in your home time zone
..aaaaand here we go:
06.00 + 07.30 = 13.30
So you finally add this appointment to your Outlook calendar:
And now let's see how Spb Traveler handles your wonderful holiday plan.
1. You open the Trip assistant and add your flight:

So you see all your flight details to be able to tell your friends where and when to pick you up.
2. Spb Traveler organises a corresponding appointment in your Calendar, so that you won't miss your flight. There it goes:

All times are marked according to your current time zone, so that you will have an idea of a real event duration. This way:
No maths during your holidays!
Before your trip feel free to arrange any meetings, without keeping in mind the time zone difference, that is going to take place during your trip. Thus, you won't miss any important calls, arranged in New York, 24 Dec, 14.00. Although your arrival time says 19.30, Spb Traveler converts this time for you to know your home time zone equivalent.
After your trip feel free to switch the time zone. No mess is going to happen with all appointments arranged:

No awkward experience!
Your business partner lives in Brisbane and he arranged a call with you on 24 Dec, 21.00 New York time (12.00 25 Dec, Brisbane time)
Thanks to Spb Traveler you know this call will take place 7 h 30 m after your arrival in Paris, not just an hour and a half, although your arrival time says 19.30. If you called Mr Wonder an hour and a half after your arrival, he would be disturbed at 05.00 in the morning, and this will hardly be the best Christmas present to him :)
