«After using Spb Full Screen Keyboard for a while, I can't imagine having to go back to using the default keyboard app that Palm includes with their devices! The choice of using the keyboard in full screen, half screen or even standard-sized gives me control over which size keyboard I want to use at any given moment.»

«If you'd prefer not to learn a new keyboard layout, Spb Full Screen Keyboard may be the best bet. The application does what its name implies, covering the whole screen of your Pocket PC and letting you type with your thumbs, rather than a character at a time with your stylus.»

«Spb Full Screen Keyboard sets out to provide a better soft keyboard for Windows Mobile devices and it accomplishes that goal well. If you spend a lot of time responding to e-mail or jotting down notes on your phone and find your hardware keyboard awkward or too small, a full-screen soft keyboard may be just the improvement you've been seeking.»

«Another nice feature, and one that I've come to expect from a good SIP, because it shows attention to detail and focus, is that the standard and half screen keyboards resize from portrait to landscape mode and occupy the same percentage of the screen... This is the first time I’ve used a finger friendly keyboard on the Axim that really delivers what it promises.»

«Of all of the methods I have tried thus far, however, the Spb Full Screen Keyboard made entering data the least painful. I really liked the on-screen equivalent of a thumb keyboard. By using the whole screen instead of just the typical SIP area, the keys are large enough to be useful for typing with something other than a stylus.»

«The new Spb Keyboard offers dozens of languages with the default skin, is more compact in memory consumption, supports smart gestures and 'sliding pop-ups', which help to make sure the right key is tapped. It is a must have application and you have an excellent support form Spb as usual.»

«Overall the program is easily the most functional and handy of the onscreen keyboard’s available today.»
«There is a lot to like and I struggle to think of any glaring errors. I’d heartily recommend this to anyone with no qwerty keyboard and those, like me, who struggle to use them.»

"The keyboard is a big factor; with a Touch-based device you should not have to use the stylus for typing. The on screen keyboard is the exact same as in past devices and when trying to type with your thumbs/finger tips you make far too many mistakes. The good news is that you can easily install third party keyboard software which makes a HUGE difference. My favorite is SPB Full Screen Keyboard."

«What can I say, Spb Full Screen Keyboard does exactly what it say's on the tin. It provides a customisable full screen replacement soft input panel, negating the need to lug around an additional piece of hardware when on the move. The keyboard looks incredibly slick and professional on screen, and although the keys are relatively small on the HTC Magician that I tested the software on, the application was fully usable with a little practice. The auto-correct & auto-complete functionality is a bonus, and does Spb proud in operation. Some may find the single line display when typing a little disconcerting, but in practice I didn't find this to be a problem at all, and I never came across a text input limit when using the keyboard. Once again, another quality application from Spb Software House, if you're like me, and you don't want to carry an external keyboard around with you, then you could do worse than take a look at Spb Full Screen Keyboard!! »

«...I'm quite pleased with Spb Full Screen Keyboard and suspect that it will likely earn a permanent place in my rapidly growing toolbox of Windows Mobile software. It very ably fills in the gaps between the standard "hunt and peck" onscreen keyboard and a true peripheral keyboard. While I won't be writing the next great American novel with this piece of software, I do feel comfortable entering long notes and can do so with greater comfort and control. It's a bargain at just $9.95...»

«So the idea of a soft keyboard that uses one of the major attributes of the PDA - a beautifully clear touch screen - looked like a Gift from the Gods. After all, if I'm writing an article, the important thing is to get a lot of text in quickly- something that's impossible (well, impractical) with either handwriting recognition or the default soft keyboard. Take a look at the picture above...doesn't that look enticing...you can almost hear the keystrokes!»

«Ceci sera d'autant plus facilite si vous avez les doigts fins, mais dans la pratique de bons ongles suffisent. De plus, lors de la saisie, les touches frappees s'illuminent et permettent ainsi une confirmation visuelle rassurante. A l'usage, le SPB Full Screen Keyboard se revele redoutablement efficace ! La saisie est agreable grace au clavier spacieux et il suffit d'un quart d'heure de saisie pour s'habituer completement a l'interface.» (Typing becomes fast, very fast and your fingers will even use your reflexes to type standard sequences like "tion", "ement" and other endings of words which is impossible with standard input methods. Typing with Full Screen Keyboard is really faster and I can take a bet that you will break your personal record of words entered per minute.)

«I've been using the Spb Full Screen Keyboard for a short while now and it is an amazing piece of work. I've always found it difficult to use fold-up keyboards on planes and when traveling in general, this keyboard is right on the PDA and whether you use your thumbs or a stylus, the large keys are a blessing.» DocDigit@hotmail.com

«I've used Spb Full Screen Keyboard for a few days now, and I'll never be without it now. It quickly became a must-have application on all my Wireless Pocket PCs cause it makes me faster typing SMS without a stylus and also sending E-Mails becomes more convenient! Now I can leave any clip-on thumbs keyboards at home cause I have the thumbs keyboard built in now!» Arne Hess Microsoft MVP/Mobile Devices
Wow! I'm using the Spb Full Screen Keyboard from Spb Software with my Pocket PC Phone Edition. I usually use Block recognizer (Graffiti), transcriber, letter recognizer, or the built in soft keyboard (yes, the Pocket PC has all those built in)....but I really like Spb's solution too, and it's PERFECT with my Pocket PC Phone edition...ya know, I'm not sure I want a Hip-Top now.
