I'm German. I want to study French. What program file(-s) should I download?
I want to study Chinese, but there are no Chinese fonts installed on my device? What should I do?
On the screenshots I see different questions and answers that should help me to test my vocabulary. But I don't see any testing in the program. Why?
There is a card "sphere" but there is no "Tuesday" card. However I use the word "Tuesday" times more often than "sphere". Why?

1. I'm German. I want to study French. What program file(-s) should I download?

Please go to the downloading page and select French from the drop-down list. Follow the instuctions on downloading.

2. I want to study Chinese, but there are no Chinese fonts installed on my device? What should I do?

When you download SPB Chinese cards you will be also proposed to download free Chinese and other Eastern Asian fonts, which will perfectly work in your program.

3. On the screenshots I see different questions and answers that should help me to test my vocabulary. But I don't see any testing in the program. Why?

You should "play" a little bit more with the program before it "understands" your level of knowledge and offers you other learning and testing modes.

4. There is a card "sphere" but there is no "Tuesday" card. However I use the word "Tuesday" times more often than "sphere". Why?

We decided to include only so-called "picturable" words, i. e. the words that you can memorize both by image and word. "Tuesday" is not a picturable word.
