Sony Ericsson Vivaz and Vivaz Pro
Sony Ericsson Vivaz

Sony Ericsson's Vivaz and Vivaz pro smartphones come bundled with customized SPB Mobile Shell user interface in APAC region. As part of the strategic partnership between Sony Ericsson and SPB Software, SPB offered the unique version of SPB Mobile Shell optimized for Vivaz and Vivaz pro devices. The powerful combination of the most widespread and time-proven platform with SPB Mobile Shell – best-in-class finger-oriented user interface – will allow users to enjoy their innovative and feature rich Vivaz/Vivaz pro smartphones.

SPB Software has already worked on several successful projects in collaboration with Sony Ericsson pre-installing SPB Mobile Shell to Xperia X1, Xperia X2 and Sony Ericsson Aspen. Developing 3D UI for Vivaz and Vivaz pro in cooperation with Sony Ericsson SPB Software for the first time bundled its highly customizable user interface solution with Symbian OS devices.

SPB Mobile Shell is a software solution that brings unique, customizable user interface to touchscreen devices. Its finger-friendly menus, multiple screens and widgets, integrated weather forecasts and a 3D carousel with special eye-catching visual effects make the manipulation with the device as interactive, easy and convenient as possible. SPB Mobile Shell solution offers great flexibility in customization and provides users with simple and fast access to all device functions without any damage to built-in system features or other third-party software.

"The new software solution will give our Vivaz and Vivaz pro users the opportunity to customize their handsets according to their needs in order to make the devices truly their own. Users will continue to benefit from the Symbian platform, personalizing their entertainment experience by accessing great third-party applications online through the Symbian developer community."
